1. Q: What type of
licence do I need to drive one of your vehicles?
A: It is essential
that all drivers have a full and clean UK driving
licence which they have had for more than of one year or
more. All Non-UK residents must hold a full and clean
licence for a period two years or more.
2. Q: Do I require
any additional insurance or breakdown cover?
A: No, all our
vehicles include the appropriate insurance and breakdown
cover. Excess charges will apply if vehicle is involved
in any incident or accident.
3. Q: Who can hire
a luxury vehicle from Exec Car Hire?
A: - All drivers
aged 27 or above (consideration may be made for drivers
under the age of 27 subject to premium) and hold a full
UK driving licence.

4. Q: Do Exec Car
Hire have any mileage restrictions?
A: Yes, a free
mileage allowance of 150 miles per day. An excess charge
per mile of 0.75p will apply there after exceeding the
allowance
5. Q: Do I need to
submit any information/documentation when I hire a
vehicle for Exec Car Hire?
A: Yes, the
following information will be required when confirming
your booking.

A full valid UK driving licence with counterpart.

A Debit/Credit card ( Required for deposit and
payment)

Utility Bill (less than 3 months old)

Valid Passport
6. Q: Where do I
collect and drop off the vehicle?
A: Exec Car Hire
provides a delivery and collection service to any
location you request. Delivery charges are quoted in
your booking confirmation.
7. Q: Once I pay my
booking deposit, do I need to confirm my booking?
A: No, once we
receive payment of your deposit for your booking a
confirmation email is sent with all relevant details,
closer to your hire date one of our Liaison
Co-ordinators will contact you to finalise your
booking.
8. Q: Can I add an
additional driver to my booking?
A: Yes, an
additional charge of £25 per day will be added to the
hire booking.
9. Q: Can I take
the vehicle abroad during my hire agreement?
A: None of our cars
are allowed outside mainland UK without company
permission. Subject to premium.
10. Q: Do the
prices in the quote include VAT?
A: Yes they do.
